Same Day Shipping

Shipping and handling costs on orders will be determined at the time of shipment. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and will ship the same day for all in-stock items when the order is received before 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (for selected carriers).

***Due to COVID-19, many freight carriers are experiencing delivery delays. We are still doing our best to get the products out of the warehouse and will assist with shipment delays caused by the freight carriers.

Damaged During Shipping or Shipment Shortage

We understand things may happen during the shipping process. What we need is just an informative and timely notification.

Please inspect the packages or pallets upon arrival. If you notice the following, please make sure to take pictures and mark "Shipment Damaged" or "Product Missing" on the delivery receipt when you receive the shipment:

  • Quantity of boxes does not match bill of lading or packing slip
  • Pallet arrived with damage or the wrap is open
  • Pallet arrived without the original pallet pictures on the pallet or is significantly different from the original pallet pictures

Once you have the pictures ready, please contact our RMA Department within 24 hours of receipt through email - rma@ledonecorp.com. Any delay in reporting may cause the claim to be declined.

Incorrect Products Received

If you received incorrect products, please notify LED One RMA Department or your sales rep immediately and provide relevant pictures at your earliest convenience. We will ship out the correct products to you and a return label may be provided depends on the shipment condition.

Shipment Going Outside the Contiguous United States

If any products are damaged during shipping outside the 48 adjoining U.S. states, we will offer a credit equal to the value of damaged products after receiving sufficient proof of damage.

Additional Shipping Charges

If you need any additional shipping services after the shipment is already in transit, fees will be charged separately at the following rate:

  • Liftgate Service: $150
  • Re-delivery: $85/pallet for commercial addresses and $150 for any other types of addresses including residential address, construction sites and all other special type of addresses may apply. To avoid this charge, please let your sales rep know that an appointment is needed.
  • Residential address: $60/shipment
  • Notification of Delivery or Appointment Request: $60/shipment. This fee is subject to discounts when booking the shipment.
  • Inside Delivery: $100/pallet
  • Change of address - Small Packages: $25/package
  • Change of address - Freight Shipment: $25 plus freight rate differences
  • Shipping to HI, AK and Puerto Rico will result in an additional shipping charge, actual shipping cost will update based on each order.

Charges for other services not in the list will be subject to the carrier.
