Inside Sales Representative

You will engage customers, answer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Position is full time and includes base salary plus uncapped commissions

You will accomplish:

• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport
• Maintain lasting business relationship with the customers
• Understand customer needs and requirements and answer their inquireis and complains in time
• Provid technical information and explanations
• Prepare quote and close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Keep customers aware of latest developments

You are expected to have the following skill set:

• Excellent communication and listening skills, including phone interaction
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Self motivated
• Competency in computer software including ERP system and Microsoft applications
• Prior sales success/lead qualification experience a plus


Customer Service Representative

You will be resolving issues with customers and keep the customers are satisfied.

You will accomplish:

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complainton
• Determine the cause of the problem and find the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Assist with other accounting and organization tasks as requested

You are expected to have the following skill set:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Competency in computer software including ERP system and Microsoft applications
• Prior experience with customer service and client communication is a plus
